Thorough Examination & Service plans

Planned, preventative maintenance can help reduce down-time, keep your access platform compliant with the LOLER regulations, and most importantly, keep you working safely and efficiently for longer.

Our standard Thorough Examination & Service plan includes a complete service and mandatory Thorough Examinations every six months in accordance with LOLER. There are no hidden extras; pricing is inclusive of all labour, travel time, mileage and consumables, along with replacement filters, the engineer’s report and Report of Thorough Examination.

Thorough Examination & Service PLUS features all the benefits of the standard package, plus emergency breakdown cover, for enhanced peace of mind.

Fast Response Emergency Breakdown

With 24 directly employed, CAP-qualified mobile engineers, we offer a truly nationwide breakdown service. We’re well covered to ensure a rapid response – wherever you are in the UK!

Once at your site, our attending engineer will operate and inspect your equipment and you’ll receive an impartial, detailed report and repair estimate where required.

Our team are on hand to offer advice, including out of hours and weekend coverage*. A fixed price call-out charge ensures that you don’t get any nasty surprises on your bill.

Need over-the-phone technical assistance? If you or one of your operators feels that your equipment isn’t performing properly,  just give us a call.

We might be able to talk you through it first…and if not, you can arrange for one of our CAP trained engineers to visit your site.

Rental Fleet Support

We understand the importance of keeping your access platform fleet performing year after year, so we offer a range of services to support access rental companies.

With our national network of CAP-trained engineers, we can work as an extension of your team, whilst our extensive workshop facilities in the Midlands is well equipped to carry out major repairs and refurbishment programmes.

Our Fleet Support services include:
